About the position

As an Associate Banker in Branch Banking, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be to assist customers with their banking needs, educate them on available technology solutions, and ensure compliance with banking policies. This position is integral to the success of the branch, representing the brand and culture while helping clients make the most of their financial resources.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
• Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and updating their information.
• Educates clients on using technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Assists with new account openings when needed.
• Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
