About the position
The Associate Banker at Harrison Point Branch is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. This position involves engaging with customers, managing branch operations, and providing education on banking products and technology. The Associate Banker plays a crucial role in representing the brand and culture of JPMorgan Chase, ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued while helping them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, including managing lobby traffic and scheduling client meetings.
- Performs branch operations, managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
- Provides proactive client outreach to gauge success and offer new tools to help them meet their banking and investment goals.
- Champions new Associate Banker skills, helping colleagues learn key initiatives such as tablet utilization and account opening.
- Educates clients on technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs to enhance their banking experience.
- Shares best practices across supported branches to ensure a strong controls environment and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- Ability to make personal connections and engage customers in a professional manner
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
- Cash handling experience
