About the position

As a Part Time Associate Banker at our Hastings branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will utilize the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology to assist clients in managing their financial needs effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to help clients experience our Customer Promise, which focuses on helping them make the most of their money so they can enhance their lives. This will involve providing tailored education and advice to meet their specific financial needs. In this role, you will engage clients as they enter the branch, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings as necessary. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and updating their account information. You will also educate clients on how to use our technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App and ATMs, to complete their banking needs conveniently. Additionally, you will assist with new account openings and perform various branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs, all while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Your contributions will significantly impact the success of the branch, and you will work closely with the branch team to ensure a seamless banking experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated.

Requirements

  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
