As a Part Time Associate Banker at our Hastings branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and updating their account information. You will also educate clients on how to use our technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App and ATMs, to complete their banking needs conveniently. Additionally, you will assist with new account openings and perform various branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs, all while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Your contributions will significantly impact the success of the branch, and you will work closely with the branch team to ensure a seamless banking experience for our clients.
