About the position
The Associate Banker role at Kendall Park Plaza Branch is a part-time position focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. The role involves engaging with customers, assisting with transactions, and educating them on banking solutions and technology. The Associate Banker will represent the brand and culture of the bank while contributing to the branch's success.
Responsibilities
- Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
- Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and updating their information.
- Educates clients on using technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
- Assists with new account openings when needed.
- Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
Requirements
- 6 months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Ability to make personal connections and engage customers in a professional manner.
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology.
- Cash handling experience.
