About the position

As an Associate Banker at JPMorgan Chase Bank, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in branch banking. This position focuses on building lasting relationships with clients, providing tailored financial education and advice, and representing the bank's commitment to diversity and inclusion. You will engage with customers, assist with transactions, and promote the use of technology in banking, all while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling client meetings
  • Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, reordering a debit card, setting up a direct deposit or helping update their address accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements
  • Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want
  • Assists clients and the branch team by helping with new account openings when needed
  • Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Reading and Speaking in both Spanish and English fluently is required for this role

  • Professional, interpersonal, thorough, detailed oriented, and organized with follow-up skills
