About the position
As an Associate Banker at the East Liberty Branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. This part-time position focuses on engaging customers, managing branch operations, and providing education on banking solutions, all while representing the Chase brand and culture. You will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized service and technology education.
Responsibilities
- Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
- Performs branch operations including managing cash devices and account origination for consumer clients.
- Provides proactive client outreach to gauge success and offer new tools for banking and investment goals.
- Champions new Associate Banker skills and assists in training new team members.
- Educates clients on technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
- Shares best practices across supported branches to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Ability to make personal connections and engage customers in a professional manner.
- Strong desire and ability to influence and educate customers on technology.
- Cash handling experience.
