About the position
As a Part-Time Associate Banker at the Skidaway Island Branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their banking needs, educating them on available technology solutions, and contributing to the overall success of the branch through your commitment to service excellence and adherence to banking policies.
Responsibilities
- Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
- Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and updating their information.
- Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
- Assists with new account openings when needed.
- Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Strong desire and ability to influence and educate customers on technology.
- Cash handling experience.
