About the position
The Associate Banker position at JPMorgan Chase Bank in St. Matthews, Louisville, KY, is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities
- Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling client meetings
- Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, reordering a debit card, setting up a direct deposit or helping update their address accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements
- Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want
- Assists clients and the branch team by helping with new account openings when needed
- Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reading and Speaking in both Spanish and English fluently is required for the role.
