About the position

As an Associate Banker at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in branch banking. You will engage with clients, assist with transactions, and educate them on banking technology, all while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
• Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Assists clients and the branch team with new account openings when needed.
• Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
