About the position

The Part-Time Accountant position at Aesthetic and Breast Restorative is designed for a self-starter looking to contribute to a startup healthcare company. This role offers the potential for growth into a full-time position as operations commence. The accountant will report directly to the CEO and will be involved in maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and assisting with various accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger using QuickBooks Online
• Perform month-end close activities
• Prepare financial statements
• Generate financial reports using Excel
• Conduct account reconciliations
• Maintain various company-wide schedules
• Handle accounts payable and bill payments
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the CEO

Requirements

• Business degree required; accounting degree preferred
• At least 2 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
