Responsibilities

  • Maintain/organize calendars
  • Schedule calls/meetings
  • Take notes and assist in maintaining client expectations
  • Maintain/organize electronic files via SmartVault cloud system
  • Perform accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Handle ad-hoc projects
  • Write and distribute emails

Requirements

  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant - in person and/or virtual
  • Proven ability to work in a remote/cloud based environment
  • Demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow
