About the position

The Accounting Administrator position is a part-time role averaging 2-3 days a week, focused on supporting the accounting functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll, and will work closely with the Accountant. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, including options for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for 90-100 employees
  • Provide budgeting support
  • Handle reimbursements
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform data entry into Excel
  • Utilize the POS system
  • Work with QuickBooks, particularly in AP, AR, and payroll functions

Requirements

  • Strong background in hands-on accounting
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Nice-to-haves
