The Accounts Payable and Purchasing Support Clerk position at Advance Career Services, Inc. is a part-time role focused on managing accounts payable tasks and providing support to the purchasing office. Responsibilities

  • Assist with entering and managing purchase orders.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain detailed records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the purchasing office as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to resolve discrepancies and work with vendors professionally.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable or purchasing is preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred, but not required.
