About the position

The Part-Time Administrative and Bookkeeper Assistant at ORIJIN STONE is responsible for supporting the accounting and administrative departments of the company. This role involves various administrative tasks, accounts receivable and payable functions, and requires strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Assist with accounts receivable, including creating and sending invoices/statements and following up on past due accounts.
  • Assist with accounts payable by entering bills and submitting checks for review.
  • Conduct credit card reconciliation.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
