About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assisting the office and Branch Manager in various functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to management and staff.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist in project coordination.
  • Maintain organized systems for office supplies, documents, and records.
  • Prepare presentations and other documents as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication through phone etiquette and professional correspondence.
  • Support overall office operations by performing clerical duties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role.
  • Strong proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Attention to detail is essential for data entry and document preparation.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Real estate license preferred, but not required.
  • Administrative experience preferred.
