Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of office management experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of data entry experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in office management practices and procedures
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
