About the position

Responsibilities

  • Scanning and filing invoices efficiently.
  • Assisting in the management of client relations.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for tasks as required.
  • Conducting case management using relevant software.
  • Assisting with calendar management to organize and schedule meetings or appointments.
  • Performing claim administration responsibilities as required.
  • Handling client relations in a professional manner.
  • Working with consumer electronics as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a financial services setting.
  • Proficiency in case management software.
  • Familiarity with CompuLaw software.
  • Experience with Conveyancer software.
  • Proficiency in LexisNexis.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in billing functions.
  • Experience in calendar management.
  • Claim administration skills.
  • Strong client relations skills.
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics.
  • Experience with Yardi software.
