About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems.
  • Transcribe meeting notes and documents as needed.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts and managing calendars.
  • Handle office correspondence, including emails and memos.
  • Support personal assistant duties for management as required.
  • Manage DocuSign processes for document signing and approvals.
  • Maintain an organized office environment to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy with a focus on Google Suite applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with project coordination and office management practices.
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or office clerk is a plus.

  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with Deputy for scheduling
  • ADP knowledge for employee input
