About the position

The Part Time Administrative Support role is designed for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys helping others and maintaining organization within the office. This position requires approximately 20 hours of work per week and involves a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the team and enhancing the client experience. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and office visitors with a friendly demeanor.
  • Scan tickets and receipts.
  • Accept payments and deposit them to the bank.
  • Run daily mail and UPS errands and distribute accordingly.
  • Maintain updated email and account address information.
  • Assist with coordination of local store events and donations.
  • Answer phone calls and order office supplies.
  • Maintain and organize the SWAG and coffee inventory.
  • Restock office supplies and front shelves.
  • Help keep the location clean and tidy.
  • Take on special projects that will help the location.
  • Assist in training and motivating new team members.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to help others.
