About the position

We are seeking a caring and energetic part-time after-school nanny for our imaginative and sensitive 4-year-old child. The role involves school pick-ups, driving to after-school activities, and arranging engaging playdates or at-home activities. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, empathetic, and enjoy fostering social connections with other families.

Responsibilities

• Pick up from school and transport to scheduled activities like gymnastics and art classes.
• Plan or supervise engaging activities at home or arrange playdates if no activities are scheduled.
• Prepare light snacks and assist with after-school routines as needed.
• Foster a supportive and playful environment, helping to build confidence and creativity.
• Communicate with parents about the day's activities and any concerns.

Requirements

• A safe driving record and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Outgoing and engaging personality, comfortable socializing with other parents and nannies.
• Energetic and creative, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to set positive and empathetic boundaries.
• Previous childcare experience preferred but not required.
