About the position
The Part-Time Assistant Manager at Pierce Point Cinema 10 is responsible for overseeing shift operations, managing a team, and ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle various operational tasks in a fast-paced environment, particularly during evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
- Manage and lead a team of employees during shift, providing guidance and support
- Monitor and ensure proper stock rotation
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that arise during shift
- Train new employees on company standards and procedures
- Collaborate with other assistant managers and General Manager to ensure consistent quality and service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of POS systems
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
- Excellent team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
Nice-to-haves
- Theater Management Experience is a plus
