About the position

The Part-Time Assistant Project Coordinator will support home renovation projects at Capitol Metro Contracting LLC, a leading residential renovation company. This role involves managing project progress, engaging with clients, and ensuring effective communication between all parties involved in the renovation process. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination within the residential renovation sector and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on project progress, communicating updates to both clients and internal team members.
  • Engage with clients, address inquiries, and provide updates on project status through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Process inquiries from prospective clients and manage new project inquiries efficiently.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in managing tasks and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with clients to review project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Compose monthly company newsletters to inform clients about ongoing projects, upcoming events, and industry trends.
  • Comfortable with client home visits.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (desired but not required).
  • 2 years of mid-level administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to task management and problem-solving.
