About the position

The Property Management Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Office Assistant to join our team in Placerville, CA. This role is essential in supporting the operations of our apartment complex, which focuses on providing affordable housing under the Tax Credit/RD program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general office tasks and customer service, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of support and assistance. As a Part Time Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing various administrative duties, which include maintaining organized files, responding to resident inquiries, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the property management office. You will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week, primarily during the day shift from Monday to Friday. The position requires a proactive approach to multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a busy environment, while also maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook, and will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license. Additionally, candidates must be able to pass a drug screening test and a full background check. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for a work-life balance while contributing to the success of our property management team.
