About the position
As a Part-Time Associate Banker at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in branch banking. Responsibilities
- Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
- Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
- Assists with new account openings when needed.
- Performs branch operations including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to make personal connections and engage customers in a professional manner.
- Strong desire to influence and educate customers about technology.
- Cash handling experience.
