You will manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings as necessary. Your responsibilities will also include assisting clients with everyday transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while ensuring compliance with all banking policies and regulations. You will educate clients on utilizing technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App and ATMs, to meet their banking needs efficiently. Additionally, you will support the branch team by assisting with new account openings and performing various branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs. Your role is vital in contributing to the overall success of the branch by delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling client meetings
  • Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, reordering a debit card, setting up a direct deposit or helping update their address accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements
  • Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want
  • Assists clients and the branch team by helping with new account openings when needed
  • Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to build relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Familiarity with technology self-service options
