About the position

As an Associate Banker in Branch Banking, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with clients. This position focuses on providing tailored financial education and advice, utilizing the latest banking solutions and technology to meet customer needs effectively. You will represent the brand and culture of the bank, ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued while contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
• Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments while complying with all policies and procedures.
• Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Assists clients and the branch team with new account openings when needed.
• Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.
