About the position

As a Part-Time Associate Cashier at the Marvin Home Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining store organization, all while contributing to a friendly and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchasing merchandise and processing transactions
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns positively
• Stock inventory and return merchandise to appropriate locations
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the Marvin Home Center

Requirements

• A friendly and approachable attitude
• Ability and willingness to work in a group setting
• Prior customer service experience or experience as a cashier
• Ability to spend extended periods working in a standing position
• Punctuality and accountability when arriving at work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
