About the position

The Part-time Associate Dentist at Benevis plays a crucial role in providing quality dental care to underserved families, primarily focusing on children and young adults. Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team.
• Utilize DentaPro software and digital x-ray technology for patient care.
• Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and appreciate team efforts.
• Manage an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
• Engage with a patient base primarily consisting of children aged 3-21, with some adult patients.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the relevant states or eligibility for licensure.
• Certifications such as CPR and DEA as required.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for specific states: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with pediatric patients.
