Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in automotive services.
  • Learn to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and conduct preventative maintenance.
  • Provide excellent guest service and clear communication about vehicle status.
  • Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
  • Adhere to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
  • Perform manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
  • Commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry.
  • Adherence to established safety policies and procedures.

Nice-to-haves

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.
