About The Position

Requirements

• Customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• Coffee experience (preferred)
• POS cash handling experience (preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in coffee and customer service
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Familiarity with Toast POS system

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Restock inventory and ensure supplies are readily available
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
