Responsibilities

• Drive sales through a consultative approach by identifying client needs and suggesting products.
• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients to upsell products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to inspire clients.
• Engage in all required training to expand product knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora's visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Manage inventory from receipt to sale, including freight processing and replenishment.
• Communicate missed or damaged products to the supervisor.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Support safety and shortage reduction programs according to company guidelines.
