Responsibilities

• Drive sales through a consultative approach and passion for beauty.
• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Engage in training to expand product knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing and replenishment.
• Communicate missed or damaged products to the supervisor.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Support safety and shortage reduction programs.

Requirements
