Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries for the New Jersey Department of Human Services Office of Child Support via inbound calls.
  • Address and research customer inquiries and provide appropriate and accurate information.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and concerns using approved procedures and guidelines.
  • Reset personal identification for callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system.
  • Gather information, research/resolves inquiries, and document customer calls appropriately.
  • Communicate options for resolution promptly and inform customers of available services and resources.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Background and drug screening required.
  • Typing testing is required.
