We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Bilingual Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning multiple commercial buildings in one night, ensuring each location meets our rigorous cleanliness standards. This position requires reliable transportation as you will be cleaning buildings located in Smyrna, Lavergne, and Nashville, TN. The work schedule consists of evening shifts after 5 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, where you will clean multiple buildings each night. The Smyrna and Lavergne accounts are less than 5 minutes apart, while the Nashville account is 10 minutes away. This role is essential in creating clean and welcoming environments for our clients, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various commercial buildings.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE provided by the company.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
