About the position

Futures BTC, a member of the Sevita family, provides quality and individualized treatment to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related disorders. Established in 2007, Futures provides specialized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, adults, and families across Massachusetts. Our team takes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to help individuals reach their fullest potential. Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans
• Create individualized treatment plans to help learners grow
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff
• Work in home, community, and clinical settings

Requirements

• LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis)
• Master's Degree / Certification in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
• Passion for helping individuals thrive

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Familiarity with ABA principles and practices
