About the position

The Part-Time Bookkeeper at Roadside Protect is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting function, including invoicing, job costing, accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), bank reconciliations, and insurance administration. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient and timely financial operations for the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the accounting function including invoicing and job costing.
• Process accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P).
• Perform bank reconciliations and insurance administration.
• Utilize QuickBooks and Intuit software for accounting tasks.
• Maintain professional relationships and keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with QuickBooks is essential.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with service companies is a plus.
