Responsibilities

  • Support the Accounts Receivable functions by managing invoices and payments.
  • Assist with Payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
  • Help with Collections efforts to recover outstanding debts.
  • Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize Sage 100 Contractor software for accounting tasks and data management.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of business accounting principles and software integration, specifically Sage 100 Contractor.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the day, with the capacity to lift approximately 10 lbs multiple times as needed.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong professional customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
