About the position

The Boutique Operations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique, contributing to stock management, visual merchandising, and overall store management. This position is essential for maintaining an aesthetically pleasing environment and optimizing the working conditions for the retail team, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the boutique manager with stock management tasks for saleable products, including inventory preparation and out-of-stock monitoring.
• Optimize delivery frequency based on available space and assist with stock levels in coordination with the supply chain.
• Manage flows of non-saleable products and propose store requirements based on event plans.
• Create and exchange reports with the supply chain to determine stock thresholds and identify top-movers and slow-movers.
• Support the boutique manager in business controls, including internal audits and annual store physical inventory.
• Oversee visual merchandising, including ordering POSM and testers, managing display setups, and reporting execution excellence.
• Maintain back of house organization and manage deliveries and stock dispatch.
• Ensure maintenance of digital tools and POS systems, reporting issues to headquarters.
• Manage cleaning teams and ensure they meet agreed standards, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
• Assist the boutique manager with event supplier permissions and shift planning integration.

Requirements

• Minimum three years' experience in stock management.
• Mandatory experience in retail or administration, ideally in luxury.
• Digital savvy with experience in operational POS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with HRIS systems and client tracking systems.
• Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
