About the position

Raspberry Rose is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our upscale family-run boutique located in Rice Village, Houston. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and enhancing the shopping experience for our clientele. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a positive manner.
• Develop relationships with customers to ensure return business.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product offerings.
• Educate customers about our products and their unique features.
• Actively promote and sell merchandise, including upselling jewelry, accessories, and shoes.
• Meet or beat daily sales goals set by management.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor.
• Assist in merchandise check-in through unpacking boxes, hanging, steaming, and pricing goods.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain visually appealing store displays and windows.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining the Raspberry Rose Instagram page with creative posts about new arrivals.

Requirements

• One year of retail clothing sales experience required.
• Passion for fashion and retail merchandising.
• Social media skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask.
• Confident self-starter, good listener, and team player.
• Reliable and punctual.
