About the position

At Edward Jones, we are looking for a Part-Time Branch Office Administrator (BOA) who will play a crucial role in our branch teams, which typically consist of two or three members, including a financial advisor. As a BOA, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and in person, making it essential to build strong relationships and understand their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to get to know your clients so well that you can anticipate their needs and help them identify potential problems before they arise. This proactive approach is vital in assisting clients in achieving their long-term financial goals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with financial advisors, contributing to the annual business planning process and helping to develop strategies for the upcoming year. You will also be involved in driving marketing activities, including planning and executing events that promote our services. Edward Jones prides itself on providing a supportive environment, offering comprehensive training over six months, including mentorship from experienced peers. You will have access to a wide support network that extends from your branch office to the home office, ensuring you are never alone in your efforts. We foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, valuing the unique contributions of each individual. Our inclusive environment encourages diverse viewpoints, which are essential for achieving results. We recognize individual efforts through a rewards program that promotes long-term career growth and financial security for you and your family. While part-time associates can earn certain benefits upon meeting minimum hour requirements, full-time associates enjoy a comprehensive compensation package that includes bonus potential, profit sharing, and competitive health benefits. Join us at Edward Jones, where we prioritize a human-centered approach to improve the lives of our clients, colleagues, and communities.
