About the position

At Edward Jones, we are looking for a Part-Time Branch Office Administrator (BOA) who will play a crucial role in our branch teams, which typically consist of two or three members, including a financial advisor. As a BOA, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and in person, making it essential to build strong relationships and understand their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to get to know your clients so well that you can anticipate their needs and help them identify potential financial challenges before they arise. This proactive approach is key to assisting clients in achieving their long-term financial goals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with financial advisors, contributing to the annual business planning process and helping to develop strategies for the upcoming year. You will also be involved in driving marketing activities, including planning and executing events that enhance client engagement. Edward Jones prides itself on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, ensuring that you have the support and resources necessary to succeed. This includes a comprehensive six-month training program, mentorship from experienced peers, and access to a wide support network that extends from your branch office to the home office. We value diverse perspectives and experiences, recognizing that they contribute to our success. As a BOA, you will be part of a team that values individual contributions and promotes a long-term career path. We offer a competitive compensation package, including opportunities for merit-based salary increases, profit sharing, and a 401(k) plan. Part-time associates can earn certain benefits upon meeting minimum hour requirements, while full-time associates enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, and more. Join us at Edward Jones, where your contributions are valued, and help us make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and communities.
