In this role, you will promote sales by preparing and introducing Meijer shoppers to food and beverage products through sampling. This exciting role in the retail industry allows you to interact with shoppers and introduce them to new products. This is an independent job that offers a part-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Promote sales by preparing and introducing food and beverage products to shoppers through sampling.
- Interact with shoppers to introduce them to new products.
- Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Available at least two days Friday through Sunday with Saturdays being mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably.
- Ability to stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store.
- Comfortable cooking and/or preparing food.
- Reliable transportation to shifts at a Meijer.
Nice-to-haves
- No prior experience is required as training and team support will be provided.
