Responsibilities

• Promote sales by preparing and introducing food and beverage products to Target customers through sampling.
• Engage with shoppers to enhance their shopping experience and drive product awareness.
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling area while adhering to food safety standards.
• Record work activities using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and product reception.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability for at least 3 shifts per week, with a minimum of 2 days between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs regularly.
• Capability to stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store.
• Reliable transportation to shifts at a Target location.
• Comfortable preparing food.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in customer service or retail (not required as training is provided).
• Familiarity with food safety practices.
