As a Part Time Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting sales by engaging with Target customers and introducing them to various food and beverage products through sampling. You will be responsible for preparing and distributing samples to shoppers, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages product trials and ultimately drives sales. This independent role offers a flexible part-time schedule, primarily during midday hours from Thursday to Sunday, allowing you to balance work with other commitments. Responsibilities

• Promote sales by preparing and introducing food and beverage products to customers through sampling.
• Engage with Target shoppers and create an inviting atmosphere for product trials.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling area.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions about the products.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability for at least 3 shifts per week, with a minimum of 2 days between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs regularly.
• Capability to stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store.
• Reliable transportation to shifts at a Target location.
• Comfortable preparing food.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in customer service or retail (not required as training is provided).
• Familiarity with food and beverage products.
