About the position

The position involves promoting sales by introducing Whole Foods Market shoppers to food and beverage products through sampling. Responsibilities

• Promote sales by preparing and introducing food and beverage products to shoppers through sampling.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment as needed.
• Record work activities using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
• Stand for extended periods while distributing samples in-store.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability for at least 3 shifts per week, typically from 10 am - 2 pm or 3 pm - 7 pm.
• Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for 4-6 hours during shifts.
• Reliable transportation to shifts at a Whole Foods Market.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
