Responsibilities

• Promote sales by preparing and introducing Whole Foods Market shoppers to food and beverage products through sampling.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to create brand awareness.
• Set up and break down sampling stations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Record work activities using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
• Prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment as needed.
• Lift and move products, standing for extended periods while distributing samples.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for at least 3 shifts per week, typically from 10 am - 2 pm or 3 pm - 7 pm.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store.
• Reliable transportation to shifts at a Whole Foods Market location.
• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly and outgoing manner.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
