As a Part Time Brand Ambassador at Whole Foods Market, you will play a crucial role in promoting products and enhancing brand awareness through direct customer engagement. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and can work independently. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and distribute product samples to customers, thereby driving sales and creating a positive shopping experience. You will be expected to engage customers enthusiastically, answer any questions they may have about the products, and encourage them to make purchases. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, allowing you to work at least three shifts per week, with typical shift times being from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, any day of the week. You will also be responsible for setting up and breaking down the event space, ensuring that it is clean and organized before and after your shifts. In addition to product sampling, you will need to maintain a record of your work using a smartphone or tablet, which includes documenting customer interactions and feedback. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, as you will be the face of the brand within the store. You will need to be comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs and standing for extended periods while distributing samples. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation to get to various Whole Foods Market locations and will be able to work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
