The Part-Time Brand Ambassador & Merchandiser role is designed for an enthusiastic individual who will enhance the brand's presence through in-store merchandising and engaging with adult consumers during promotional events. This position combines retail merchandising responsibilities with interactive promotional activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and is passionate about brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Present and display products in-store according to company guidelines to attract adult consumers and increase brand awareness.
• Assist in managing stock levels and suggest orders when products are low.
• Create and maintain visually appealing displays that align with promotional themes and seasonal trends.
• Assist with pricing, tagging, and updating signage to reflect current promotions and product information in-store.
• Prepare, schedule, and organize adult consumer intercept events, ensuring effective product display and compliance with regulations.
• Interact with adult consumers during intercept events, providing product information and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collect, track, and input data from adult consumers who completed a survey card.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, outside/route sales, or promotional events is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to engage effectively with customers and provide outstanding service.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Capable of working collaboratively with team members and adapting to various tasks as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
