About the position
The Part-Time Brand Ambassador at Breville is a dynamic role focused on promoting the Breville brand and its products through in-store demonstrations and training sessions. The ambassador will engage with customers and retail staff, ensuring that Breville products are well-represented and effectively marketed in various retail locations. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is passionate about cooking and customer service, and who can work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Work between 10-16 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Follow a predetermined schedule to support accounts within a designated territory.
- Maintain a consistent schedule with punctuality.
- Visit and support retailers carrying the Breville brand.
- Conduct store visits, demonstrations, and product knowledge sessions for staff and customers.
- Ensure products are displayed properly and monitor pricing.
- Communicate effectively with designated stores regarding demonstrations and training.
- Document visits using the Breville customer relationship app on a personal smartphone.
- Prepare and serve food samples using Breville products.
- Submit weekly reports to the Regional Field Manager.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Experience with KPIs and goal-oriented performance.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within a 35-mile radius.
- Daily access to a personal computer and internet.
- Ability to lift, pull, and/or carry at least 50 pounds.
- Food safety certification is preferred.
