About the position

The Brand Representative at Stand Out For Good, Inc. is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to guests while supporting the retail business's success and profitability. This role involves engaging with customers, achieving sales goals, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment that aligns with the company's mission of giving back to the community.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile and determine their needs.
• Assist guests in finding the right merchandise and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments and conducting inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including safety protocols.
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policy, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Record time worked accurately and remain flexible to the needs of the business.

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and work collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly.
• Attention to detail in maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
